Focal beads are beads that are designed to be the focus or highlight of a piece of jewellery or collection. This focal bead is a new style I've been working on this year. It is dots upon dots upon dots, some with twists, some without. Each bead is unique in colour, size and shape.
This bead uses cobalt blue as the primary colour with hints of green showing behind the dots. It is 36mm long x 23mm wide and is vase shaped. It was made using a 3/32" diameter mandrel.
